HOW DOES PRICING / CURRENCY WORK?
All prices are displayed in USA Dollars. Your credit card company will calculate the exchange rate automatically.
WHERE DOES MAHOSTYLE SHIP TO? AND HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We ship with Canada post standard ground shipping for all national orders in Canada. Shipping is FREE for all national purchases over $200, any orders under will be charged a flat rate of $10 for shipping.
We are able to ship any where in the world. Shipping rates for international orders will differ from national orders, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire.
CAN I ADD ITEM TO AN ORDER I JUST PLACED?
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order, place a new order and contact us so that we can make sure its shipped out with your previous order or waive shipping on the new additional order.
I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING IN MY ORDER, HOW CAN I DO THAT?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us Immediately. we generally process your order with 12-48 hours, and ones our warehouse has process your order, we are unable to make any changes.
WHY IS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, we will dispatch the rest of your order and refund the out of stock item. In other cases, if the billing information and shipping addresses cannot be verified through our merchant your order may be cancelled.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGWT TO USE THE DISCOUNT CODE?
Once your order has been placed we are unable to manually add the discount. Please note that this discount may be used on your next order if the code is still valid.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
We currently do not offer exchanges for customers. If you would like an exchange, we highly recommend notifying our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your item, return the item back and you'll receive a store credit once the unwanted item is in our possession.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
We want all our customers to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not, please follow the steps below for a quick and easy return. You can return any unwanted items back to us within 24-48 hours of delivery. Returned items must be in their original and unused condition and customers will be responsible for shipping or any additional fee. Please note we cannot credit any grooming products, jewellery or swimwear for health and hygiene reasons.
For All returns, please follow the quick and easy steps below; Email us your reason(s) for return email@example.com. Don't forget to obtain and keep your postage receipt in case your return gets lost on its way back to us.
We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return, please allow 7 business to process your return and issue the store credit.
